Jamey Price is a motorsport and automotive photographer, and self-diagnosed fly fishing addict, from CLT, North Carolina.
Jamey's work has taken him across the planet to more than 15 countries and around most of the continental United States. His photography career began while competing as a steeplechase horse racing jockey in the United States, England and Ireland, while simultaneously covering many of those races from behind the camera.
Since covering his first professional car race in May 2011, Jamey's images have been published around the world
Jamey's unique and colorful images have appeared in the New York Times, Formula1.com, Top Gear, HotRod, Hagerty, MAXIM, Car & Driver, CycleWorld, Road & Track, RACER, MotorTrend, Autosport, F1 Racing magazine, Motorsport magazine, Blackbird Automotive Journal, Popular Mechanics, Sports Illustrated, ESPN and many more.
Jamey is also the staff photographer for Charlotte-based luxury lifestyle magazine, QC Exclusive and proud to be a Tenba bags ambassador and a LEXAR Elite Artist.
Jamey continues to host photography workshops and does freelance work for some of the most respected automotive brands, for photographers and racing teams across the world including Lamborghini, Lamborghini Squadra Corse, Ferrari, Ducati, Red Bull, Ford, Goodyear, Gatorade, PUMA, MOTUL, RM Sotheby's, Aston Martin Racing, Force India F1 Team, Renault F1 team, Manor Racing F1 team, Toyota Gazoo Racing and many many more.
Though primarily sticking to the motor racing and automotive world, Jamey has covered a diverse range of sporting assignments from professional swimming, to horse racing in England and Ireland, the Kentucky Derby and Breeders' Cup, NFL games, World Cup Soccer, as well as the fast-paced world of NASCAR, World Endurance Championship, Formula E, IMSA Weathertech, NHRA, Indycar and the Indy 500, MotoGP, the 24 hours of Le Mans, Formula 1, and a little of everything in between.
Jamey lives in Charlotte with his wife, Emily and their son, James and their dog, Annie.
